SPECIES RULES

Nymdrya is a CLOSED SPECIES, you are not allowed to create your own without permission or a 'Make You Own' (MYO) slot.
Offbrands will not be acknowledged as official designs.

BEHAVIOR AND ADULT CONTENT

Everyone has to be respectful to other users and mods.
Disputes should be discussed in private.
Harassment and bullying are not tolerated! Starting drama will give you a strike.

Nymdrya may be a 18+ species, but we don't allow anything 'Adult Content' related posted on site or in the main discord channels.
We have a special NSFW channel in the Discord channel you can get access to after getting your age confirmed by an admin.

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY

As the artist we hold every right to the produced artwork, but regardless we will never claim sold/gifted characters as our own.
As a Owner of a bought/gifted Nymdrya you may; repost, print, and use the image as you please as long as you make no profit off it.
Payments have to be made up to 24 hours after a design is bought! Holds and payment plans can be discussed with individual sellers.

Official Art of the Nymdrya Lorekeeper or Discord Server may not be used outside of the Specie or copied for other usage.

You are not allowed to;
Change, modify or use our works without our permission.
Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making money off of it in any way.)
Take credit for the art.

Remove watermarks /signatures.

SALE AND TRADING RULES

Sales can be held randomly with at least a 24 hour notification beforehand.
All paid sales are binding, please don't join any kind of sale if you don't have funds to pay!
We won't tolerate entertaining bids/entries~
We will use the right as Owners to suspend or even ban you from all future sales!
We do NOT OFFER REFUNDS! Every purchase is binding.

You are not allowed to sell a character for a higher amount of money, then you bought them for!
You may add Commission worth to your character. (Pictures/etc you bought of your character.)
We are not counting personal art to up the worth of your character!

You may trade your character however you want as long as no profit is made.

WORKING HOURS AND PRIVACY

We will try to keep everything up to date and check on submissions/etc daily.
Please don't DM/PM Admins or other Mods without their permission.
